• Messages form the USECLK task were not appearing correctly.
  

• This PTF causes the dialofg name to be used as the task code if the task code is ADS or ADS2.
  

• The digit "9" wasbeing ignored at the end of seconds in the SETCLK task.
  

• The SETCLK and SHOWCLK tasks would sometimes treat dates more than 50 years in the past or future incorrectly.
  

• Get time requests from DC-COBOL programs were not always handled correctly.
  

• The clock display for the USECLK task was incorrect for running clocks if the users executing the USECLK task was subject to a simulated clock. This PTF also inserts release 10.2 tasks into the excluded task list. This PTF adds additional to the excluded task list after applying this PTF, the excluded tasks will be:

  This PTF will also allow the INITCLK task to refresh the excluded task list. After applying the ZAP, newcopy program DBS$CLIN, and execute task INITCLK. It is not necessary to cycle the CV.
  

• ADSC and DME were using simulated dates instead of actual dates. This PTF changes the task code/dialog name in the excluded task list for ADSC (changes it to ADSCXCTL) and DME (changes it to USXIMAP). For this change to take effect without cycling CV, new copy program DBS$CLIN and execute INITCLK.
  

• Calls to IDMSIN01 were returning the actual date instead of the simulated date. For this this change to take effect without cycling CV, issue the following comands: (Date Simulator will be briefly disabled)

• The incorrect time is returned to IDMSIN01 for running clocks. For this change to take effect without cycling CV, issue the following commands: (Date Simulator will be briefly disabled)

• PTF for detecting CA-IDMS release 14
  
  

• This PTF will prevent DC802002 messages when hitting the CLEAR key.
  
  

• This PTF is necessary for early release of CA-IDMS. On release 10.210 of CA-IDMS Date Simulator experienced a S0C4 in SHOWCLK, SETCLK and USECLK tasks.

  NOTE: THIS PTF DETECTS THE RELEASE OF CA-IDMS. WHEN UPGRADING TO A NEWER RELEASE, THIS PTF DOES NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED.

• This PTF allows Date Simulator to support CA-IDMS release 12.0 (9404 tape). The 9404 tape was not recognized as a release 12.0 system. This PTF does not need to be applied unless your using 9404.

  NOTE: THIS PTF DETECTS THE RELEASE 9404 OF CA-IDMS. WHEN UPGRADING TO A NEWER RELEASE, THIS PTF DOES NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED.

• Database procedures issuing an IDMS #GETIME macro can be intercepted by the DATE SWIMULATOR only if an "EYECATCHER" is present at the beginning of the module. This "EYECATCHER" must also be zapped into one of the DATE SIMULATOR'S internal tables. Previously, the DATE SIMULATOR matched entries in this table using an exact match on 8 characters. This PTF allows matching on fewer than 8 bytes. This allows multiple database procedures with different "EYECATCHERS" to be inserted into the table with a single entry if the "EYECATCHERS" have common characters at the beginning.

  PTF'S #006 and #009 are prerequisites to this PTF.

• After a clock is deleted from the table, other clocks that are below the deleted clock may not be recognized by the USECLK command. This results in a "DS000137 CLOCK SPECIFIED DOES NOT EXIST" error message.

  NOTE: FOR THIS CHANGE TO TAKE AFFECT WITHOUT CYCLING CV, ISSUE

  DCMT V PR DBS$CLUP NC

• After applying PTF#17, attempts to use a clock that does not exist result in "DS000136 CLOCK STORAGE CORRUPTED" message.

  For this PTF to take effect without cycling CV, issue the following command:
